Our office is located directly across from the Main Entrance to Rex Hospital on Lake Boone Trail. From the I-440 Beltline, take the Lake Boone Trail Exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right onto Lake Boone Trail. Go approximately .8 mile and turn left onto Rexwoods Drive. Turn into the first parking lot on the right.
